What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or demo request, we collect what you type: your name, company, work email, phone number, and any details you choose to share about your organisation. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, employee personal data through this website.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, prepare quotes and — only if you ask us to — keep you informed about eHRMS. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not add you to mailing lists you didn't request.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs without advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages help visitors, not to profile individuals. Embedded maps are served by Google and are subject to Google's own policies when loaded.
Where data lives, and for how long
Enquiry data is stored securely, accessed only by the sales and support team, and retained only as long as a business relationship or genuine prospect of one exists. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Write to info@globosoft.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Product data is a separate matter
HR data processed inside the eHRMS platform by our clients is governed by the service agreement and data-processing terms signed with each client — including UAE data residency, encryption and PDPL-compliant handling — not by this website policy.
