From punch to payroll without a spreadsheet in between
Biometric & face capture
Device punches stream in via a network bridge from every site; face recognition adds a camera-based option where devices don't fit.
GPS-geofenced mobile punch
The app only accepts a punch inside the site boundary you define — with offline capture for coverage gaps, and optional face check on top.
Shifts & rosters
Define shifts once, assign per site, import by CSV, build rotating rosters — with shift-swap and coverage requests handled in-app.
Overtime, calculated
1.25× normal days, 1.5× rest days and holidays, caps enforced. Some teams bank extra hours as credit employees can redeem as time off.
Regularisation, not fiction
Missed punches become approval requests with an audit trail — the register stays truthful, and corrections stay visible.
Timesheets & work reports
Log time against projects and tasks, capture end-of-day summaries, and give operations real utilisation numbers.
WHY IT MATTERS
The register your payroll can stand on
The daily register shows each employee's punches, worked hours and status — present, absent, on leave or holiday — with late and early flags. Payroll reads it directly: overtime at the correct multiplier, unpaid days, and Ramadan's two-hour reduction applied automatically. When an employee disputes a deduction, you show the punches, the source of each one, and the rule that applied. The conversation ends quickly, and fairly.
