Because the answers online are usually out of date
UAE employment law changed materially with Federal Decree-Law 33 of 2021, and again through subsequent ministerial resolutions. Plenty of pages still explain gratuity using the old one-third / two-thirds resignation rules, or quote leave entitlements that no longer apply. That costs companies real money at settlement time.
These guides describe the rules as they are currently built into eHRMS, with the article references beside them, so you can check us. Where a rule differs by jurisdiction — mainland, free zone, DIFC, ADGM — we say so rather than pretending the UAE is one regime.
