The Dubai software company behind eHRMS

Globosoft has been building software since 2010 — long enough to watch hundreds of UAE businesses run world-class operations on top of painfully manual HR. We kept meeting the same scene: a strong company, a capable HR officer, and a wall calendar of visa expiry dates next to an Excel sheet named FINAL-payroll-v7-USE-THIS-ONE.xlsx.

The global HR platforms never quite fit. They treat the UAE as an edge case: WPS becomes a manual export, gratuity a custom formula someone maintains, Emiratisation a report nobody owns. So we took the opposite approach and built the statutory layer first — Federal Decree-Law 33/2021, Ministerial Resolution 598/2022, the DIFC and ADGM employment regimes, FDL 9/2022 for domestic workers — then built the HR software on top of it.

The result is eHRMS: one platform where every calculation can point to the article behind it, every document expiry has an owner, and every payroll ends in a SIF file your bank accepts on the first attempt.

Who we are

We are an engineering-led team headquartered at Burjuman Business Tower in Bur Dubai, part of the wider Globosoft group operating across the UAE and India. That structure matters to our clients: product engineering depth from a 2,000-project group, with implementation, training and support handled locally — in your office, in your time zone, in English or Arabic.
