Why a software company gives away customisation

Customisation within the eHRMS package: your approval workflows, salary structures, leave policies, report formats, letter and contract templates, custom fields, dashboards and digital versions of the paper forms your HR team uses today. If the platform can be configured to do it, we configure it — at no charge, during implementation and after.

Configuration of what the platform already does is free, without a request cap. Building genuinely new modules or bespoke third-party integrations is quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts — and we will always tell you which side of the line a request falls on before you commit to anything.

Because the alternative keeps paper alive. When customisation is billable, companies skip it, keep their old printed forms, and the system never fully replaces the filing cabinet.
